“Clearly I was very pregnant —feeling the typical pregnancy woes! Even post baby, now Mommy of 4! 

Not gonna lie I don't just bounce back, I was killing myself at the gym 5-6 days/wk, tired,no energy & starting to feel conquered. 

But still determined... let's rewind to August 2018. I was introduced to this life changing nutritional program that wanted to challenge me for 30 days! Challenge, ok! Aug 20th I invested in me, looked at myself and said YES, YES to making a change.
